Qualifications
Current Master's student in Voice Pedagogy with The Voice Study Centre
I'm currently studying for a Master's degree in Voice Pedagogy with The Voice Study Centre, University of Essex. Research topics include actor-musicians and the voice, neuroscience and the voice and music performance anxiety.

BA (Hons) Musical Theatre, The Guildford School of Acting
During my time at The Guildford School of Acting, I received rigorous training in singing, acting and dancing. I honed my skills in musical theatre performance and gained valuable experience working with industry professionals. Since graduating in 2017 I have continuously worked all around the world as an actor and musical director in many different shows from Shakespeare and Charles Dickens to new works of Gig Theatre!
Certificate in 'Applied Neuroscience and Voice'
I have completed an intensive neuroscience course delivered by voice scientist Hedi Moss Erickson. This course provided me with an overview of much of the current literature on neuroscience and the voice and has given me valuable applied neuroscience techniques which utilise the brain pathways in order create more efficient singing.
Certificate in 'Mental Health and Musicians'
I have completed a course delivered by Dr George Musgrave, which looked in-depth into the mental impact the music industry may have on professional musicians, thereby deepening my understanding of the need for a holistic approach when coaching those who are either already in the industry or aspiring to be.
Vocal Health First Aid Training, Vocal Health Education
As a vocal instructor, I understand the importance of maintaining vocal health. That's why I completed the Vocal Health First Aid Training with Vocal Health Education, to ensure that I am equipped to deal with any vocal health issues that may arise with my students and to give up to date, relevant guidance.
Multi-Instrumentalist
I am also a lifelong music enthusiast, professionally playing the piano, oboe, accordion, saxophone, taiko drums and recorders! I bring my love and knowledge of music and music theory to every singing lesson.
